Shipping
Shipping to the UK and select EU countries is free of cost when you shop worth £ 150.00 or more. Shipping to USA, Australia and Canada is £35. Shipping to all other countries varies and will be displayed before checkout.

We ship all goods through premium tracked couriers. You will recieve an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped. Local taxes might apply depending on the destination.

Your product will be expected to reach within 3 - 5 business days for UK and EU. For USA and Canada, the expected delivery timeline is 3-8 days. Shipping times vary according to country of destination.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days from the day of the delivery of your order. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to return, before the withdrawal period has expired by emailing customer support on contact@fireupuk.com.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning. We will reimburse you not later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods, to the initial means of payment.
