We ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, EU and internationally to over 200 countries. We offer Free Shipping to USA, Canada, UK and EU countries, when you buy worth more than £ 150.00. Shipping to all other countries varies and will be displayed before checkout.
We ship all goods through premium tracked couriers. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped. Local taxes, custom and import duties might apply depending on the destination.

Returns
For orders placed in the Contiguous U.S and UK, we will accept returns within 14 days of the original delivery date. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to return, before the withdrawal period has expired by emailing customer support on contact@fireupuk.com.
We offer free exchanges or store credit. FIREUP will retain £ 9.99 on all refunds to cover the handling fee associated with the return. For International orders placed, please note cross border returns include a shipping and handling fee that varies depending the cost of return shipping. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds will be processed when delivery of the returned product is confirmed at our warehouse. We will reimburse you not later than 14 days from the date, we receive the returned goods, to the initial means of payment.
Warranty
FIREUP proudly stands behind the quality of its products providing a twenty year warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use or misuse of the product.
Changes in appearance, damage, or staining that is a result of normal wear and tear, use of metal utensils, excessive heat above 580F or the use of excessive dishwasher are not covered under our manufacturer’s warranty.

Limitations:
FIREUP’s sole and exclusive liability under this warranty, and the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. FIREUP shall not be liable for any other damages, including, without limitation, special, incidental or consequential damages. In no event will FIREUP's liability exceed the purchase price paid by the consumer for the product(s) at issue. Any oral or written description of a product is for the sole purpose of identifying it and shall not be construed as an express warranty.
Exclusions:
FIREUP products are professionally crafted tools, but are not indestructible, so each of the following is excluded from this Warranty: (1) Injuries and damage caused by or resulting from in whole or part any or all of the following: modification(s) not authorized by FIREUP, misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of God (including without limitation fire, tornados, hurricanes or earthquakes), accident, inappropriate use .
